Azienda con grande tradizione ed esperienza alla soglia dei 60 anni ormai giunta alla terza generazione di imprenditoria familiare, nasce nel
1950 come fonderia e torneria in ghisa, per opera di Giovanni Battista Rigamonti e nel 1992 per acquisizione di un ramo d’ azienda il figlio
Raffaele fonda l’ attuale società.

Lo stabilimento sorge non a caso a Valduggia, in Valsesia famoso distretto del valvolame e rubinetteria industriale e sanitaria, località conosciuta sin dai primi del 1400 per la fonderia di campane; alle quali si deve l’iniziale conoscenza dell’uso della metallurgia.

Produce valvole in ghisa per acquedotti, irrigazione e impianti per la protezione attiva degli incendi in particolare idranti, accessori antincendio e raccorderia, inoltre valvole speciali e sfiatatoi per acquedotti e irrigazione.

L’organizzazione aziendale prevede come politica della qualità di produrre manufatti standard secondo norma e data la versatilità organizzativa anche valvole speciali su misura Progetta con l’ausilio di software di modellazione solida e produce avvalendosi d’apparecchiature tradizionali, controlli elettronici, macchine transfer, verniciatura a forno a polvere elettrostatica e a letto fluido e dopo accurati collaudi secondo le vigenti
normative che ne attestano il perfetto funzionamento immette sul mercato.

È la mission aziendale è ricercare nuove tecnologie e materiali con lo scopo di ridurre l’emissione di sostanze inquinanti e riciclo dei materiali a fine utilizzo nel totale rispetto dell’ambiente, migliorando le prestazioni di durata e qualità dei nostri prodotti.

Nell’anno 2000 La Rigamonti ghisa ha ottenuto la certificazione per l’assicurazione della Qualità ISO 9002 dal Moody International e nel 2003 ha adeguato il sistema alla ISO 9001 vision 2000; attualmente ha ottenuto anche la certificazione di prodotto CE dal CSI di Bollate.

It produces cast iron valves for aqueducts, irrigation and systems for the active protection of the fire in particular hydrants, fire fighting accessories
and fittings, moreover special valves and air relieve valves for aqueducts and irrigation.

versatility organizational also tailor special valves.

Design using solid modelling software and produces taking advantage itself of traditional equipment, CNC controls electronic, transfer machines, painting oven electrostatic powder and fluidized bed and after careful testing under the existing regulations which attest the perfect operation release on the market.

In 2000 Rigamonti ghisa has obtained certified for Quality assurance ISO 9002 by Moody International and 2003 has adapted the system to ISO 9001 Vision 2000; currently it has also obtained product certification CE by CSI of Bollate.
